§ 15.20.030. Drainage plan—Criteria.

A. Each area must retain on site one hundred percent of the stormwater runoff generated by the one hundred-year, twenty-four-hour storm.

B.

In any event, no discharge will be allowed which will be detrimental to the existing system.

C.

No more than fifty percent of the front setback shall be used for stormwater retention purposes. Street frontage retention areas shall maintain a maximum of six to one (6:1) slope unless otherwise approved.
